Working in and around Nidderdale near Harrogate and the Yorkshire Dales, I have a range of offerings from Cold Water Introductions to Moon Swim Ceremonies.

I also work with others to include breathwork and forest bathing to my beautiful retreat days.

I am known for sharing my love of the river and developing confidence amongst groups of women to immerse themselves in the cold.
