The mindfulness birth preparation package includes three sessions in the comfort of your own home typically lasting 2 hours (including FREE booklet and journal). These sessions include everything you need to prepare for birth and parenting, including the opportunity to practice breathing, mindfulness techniques and positions for labour and birth.
As a qualified mindfulness practitioner I am excited to offer mindfulness preparation as stand-alone sessions or as part of the Doula package (discount given). Mindfulness is a fantastic way to be present, aid relaxation and a develop a positive mindset for the birth of your baby. The evidence in support of mindfulness is overwhelming and this course will not only prepare you for the birth, but also for parenthood.
